Kewei Yang, Chairman and CEO
Dr. Yang's career has focused on high-speed analog and mixed-signal design. Before co-founding Analogix, he was vice-president of engineering at Mindspeed, a division of Conexant, where he directed the company's development of high-speed transceivers and switch fabric ICs. He came to Conexant via its acquisition of HotRail, where he served as chief scientist. Dr. Yang also served as a lead designer at Rendition, a graphics chip company, and at HP in the Computer Technology Lab. Dr. Yang has a BSEE from Tsinghua University and an MSEE and Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins.
Diana Zhang, Vice President, General Manager, China
Ms. Zhang has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor and IT industries. Ms. Zhang founded Analogix' China operation and is responsible for operations, business, financial and product development. Before joining Analogix, she was Chief Representative for China for Capella Microsystems, a US-based fabless IC company. Ms. Zhang was also was GM and cofounder of Beijing Qian Qing Consulting Company and introduced DEC, IBM, EMC and Oracle products to major Chinese customers. She was previously Technical Director of the Information Center at China Petro-Chemical Corporation. Ms. Zhang holds a BSEE degree from Beijing Institute of Technology and completed MBA course work at the University of California at Berkley.
Ning Zhu, CTO
Dr. Ning Zhu has many years of experience in semiconductor development and is recognized as an expert in high-speed interfaces. Since joining Analogix at its inception, Dr. Zhu has led the team to complete several strategic projects including high-speed SerDes, HDMI and DisplayPort interface products. He has been a primary contributor to Analogix's technological leadership position. He also made key contributions to DisplayPort standard in its early development stage. Prior to becoming CTO, Dr. Zhu was VP of Engineering at Analogix. Earlier in his career, Dr. Zhu worked in various engineering development and management roles at Mindspeed, Conexant and Synopsys. He holds several patents in the field of data communications. Dr. Zhu has BS, MS and Ph.D. degrees in microelectronics from Tsinghua University.
Tracy Tang, CFO
Ms. Tang has over 15 years of financial management experience in the semiconductor, information technology and public accounting industries. Before joining Analogix, she was Principal Accounting Officer at ANDA Networks, a Silicon Valley-based network equipment firm. Prior to that, Ms. Tang held posts of responsibility in financial management at Magma Design Automation, Sandisk Corporation, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. In addition to her strong background and understanding of the unique challenges of a semiconductor company with global marketing reach, Ms. Tang holds an MBA degree from the California State University atHayward and a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of International Relations in China.
Andre Bouwer, Vice President of Marketing
Mr. Bouwer has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Before joining Analogix, he was director of Marketing and Sales at DisplayLink, the leader in USB graphics. Prior to that he served as Director of Marketing at Dialog Semiconductor, where he was responsible for display controller ICs for mobile phones, and Director of Marketing at Genesis Microchip. During his tenure at Genesis he was responsible for DisplayPort-enabled LCD controllers. Mr. Bouwer holds a BS in computer engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Cape Town.
Jiancheng Zhang, Vice President of Analog Engineering
Jiancheng(JC) Zhang has over 20 years of experience in high speed and mixed signal circuit design. Prior to joining Analogix, he was a principal design engineer and Sr. Design Director with Marvell semiconductor, executive director of Maximum integrated Products, Sr. Director of Trident, and CTO of Initio incorporation. Dr. Zhang has been involved in many products development, including hard disk driver W/R preamp and read channel, 10/100/1000 Ethernet., Power management, USB, and SATA. Dr. Zhang has BSEE from Zhong Shan University, MSEE from University of Science and Technology of China, and Ph.D from Texas A&M University.
Matthew Robert Ready, Vice President of Sales
Matthew Ready has over 30 years of experience selling semiconductors to a variety of markets and brings to Analogix strong management and team building skills that are valuable as the Company expands its sales team and customer base. Before joining Analogix, he ran sales at SandForce, an SSD controller company that was acquired by LSI in 2012. With knowledge in both the public and private sectors, Mr. Ready led worldwide sales organizations at public companies that include OPTi, Genesis Microchip and PLX Technology, as well as at startups such as eASIC, Array Microsystems, and Zeevo—acquired by Broadcom. He holds a BS degree from San Jose State University in Business Administration.
