Senior Applications Engineer

Job Description: Responsible for supporting next generation video interface circuits with particular emphasis on firmware as it relates to device control and system interaction. Main role will be to assist customers and silicon design partners with system integration. Duties will include modification and porting of device firmware into the system application and providing debug assistance. Help with Application Notes to simplify overall device application.

Education: Electrical Engineering, or closely related field.

Experience: 5-10 years or more system design or application experience with emphasis on software or firmware drivers. Familiarity with PC graphics systems and/or consumer digital video interfaces preferred, familiarity with mixed signal integrated circuits a big plus.

Requirements: Must be able to work well with internal and external engineering teams and possess good oral and written communication skills. Willing to travel to international customer sites 20% of time.
