Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics or related majors.

• 3+ years of work experience.

• Tape-out experience; Familiar with backend methods and processes, including automatic layout and wire-routing, clock tree generation, power supply layout.

• Independently complete top-level division, layout and power consumption estimate.

• Deep sub-micron low power design experience preferred.
