Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and support technical files for Cadence layout tools.
-
Develop and support technical files for DRC and LVS with Dracula & Assura.
-
Setup and maintain design project environments, schematics, and layout libraries; all with full RCS (Revision Control System) support.
-
Develop, enhance and maintain design and physical verification flows and internal programs/tools utilities (PERL/Shell scripts/C, C++, TCL/TK, Perl and SKILL routines).

Develop and support PCells.

Provide written documentation for enhancements and updates for supported technical files.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related majors.

Familiar with Cadence EDA and physical verification tools including Virtuoso, Assura, Diva and Dracular.

Familiar with software development languages including TCL/ TK, C++ and Perl.
-
Experience in developing PCells with BiCMOS processes preferred.
-
Willing to learn developing utilities using Cadence SKILL, Perl, C/C++ or UNIX shell languages.
-
Good knowledge in semiconductor devices and fabrication desirable.
-
Attention to details, good communication skills, well organized.
