Executive Team

Kewei Yang, Chairman and CEO
Dr. Yang's career has been spent focusing on high-speed analog and mixed-signal design. Prior to co-founding Analogix, he was vice-president of engineering at Mindspeed, a division of Conexant, where he was responsible for the company's development of high-speed transceivers and switch fabric ICs. He came to Conexant via its acquisition of HotRail, where he served as chief scientist. Dr. Yang also served as a lead designer at Rendition, a graphics chip company, and at HP in the Computer Technology Lab. Dr. Yang has a BSEE from Tsinghua University and an MSEE and Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins.

Jianbin Hao, Vice President, Engineering and Chief Architect
Dr. Hao has more than 17 years experience in ASIC development for SerDes Transceivers and Switching Fabrics, System on Chip for Multimedia and Baseband processing for wireless communications. Prior to Analogix, Dr. Hao worked at Mindspeed Technologies, a division of Conexant, as an Architect and played a key role in developing Switching Fabrics and SerDes products for 10 Giga bit Ethernet, Fiber Channel and high end switches and routers. Prior to that, Dr. Hao also worked at Oak Technologies and Philips Electronics on compressed video and audio decoder chips and Digital Audio Broadcasting systems and receiver chips. Dr. Hao has a BSEE from Tsinghua University and an MSEE and Ph.D. from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Frank Marazita, Vice President, Operations
Mr. Marazita has over 20 years experience in technology development and operations support of integrated circuit manufacturing, packaging, assembly and test. Prior to joining Analogix, Mr. Marazita was Vice President of Operations for Brecis, a fabless SoC manufacturer. He has previously held executive, management, and engineering positions at ATI, Conexant/Hotrail, Sun and National Semiconductor. Mr. Marazita has been granted 7 U.S. patents, and holds a B.S. degree from Michigan State University.

Ed Keane, Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Keane is a 20 year veteran of the electronics industry. Most recently he served as general manager of a highly successful semiconductor business unit at Agilent, responsible for engineering, marketing and manufacturing. Mr. Keane has a strong track record of success in product development for both semiconductors and systems across consumer, enterprise, and telecom segments, having held a variety of executive, management and engineering positions at Agilent Technologies, Hewlett Packard and Intel.  Mr. Keane received his BSEE from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.

Akyra Pagoulatos, Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Mr. Pagoulatos has over 20 years of experience in semiconductor sales, marketing, and business development in the consumer and IT markets. Prior to joining Analogix, he was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Anchor Bay Technologies, an innovator in high performance video ICs and consumer solutions marketed under the DVDO brand. Mr. Pagoulatos served as VP Worldwide Sales at Zoran where he provided significant sales growth. Akyra was responsible for several business successes, including M&A and JV work at Oak Technology, Philips, and Sony. Mr. Pagoulatos holds a BSEE from DeVry Institute.

Diana Zhang, General Manager, Analogix China
Ms. Zhang has over 20 years experience in the semiconductor and IT industries. Prior to joining Analogix, she was Chief Representative for China for Capella Microsystems, a US based fabless IC company. Ms. Zhang founded the China operation responsible for operations, business, financial and product development. Prior, Ms. Zhang was GM and Co-founder of Beijing Qian Qing Consulting Company introducing DEC, IBM, EMC and Oracle products to major Chinese customers. She was previously Technical Director of the Information Center at China Petro-Chemical Corporation. Diana holds a BSEE degree from Beijing Institute of Technology and completed MBA course work at the University of California at Berkley.

Craig Wiley, Director, Technical Marketing
Mr. Wiley has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry focused on analog and mixed-signal devices for digital video and communications systems. He has been responsible for marketing and applications successes at leading firms including Integrated Circuit Systems, IC Works, Oren Semiconductor, Silicon Systems, Micro Linear, Honeywell and TRW LSI. He has played key roles in defining, promoting and supporting mixed signal video interface products including HDMI, NTSC/PAL, 8-VSB demodulation, video digitization and synchronization. Craig received his Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
