Kewei Yang, Chairman and CEO

Dr. Yang's career has been spent focusing on high-speed analog and mixed-signal design. Prior to co-founding Analogix, he was vice-president of engineering at Mindspeed, a division of Conexant, where he was responsible for the company's development of high-speed transceivers and switch fabric ICs. He came to Conexant via its acquisition of HotRail, where he served as chief scientist. Dr. Yang also served as a lead designer at Rendition, a graphics chip company, and at HP in the Computer Technology Lab. Dr. Yang has a BSEE from Tsinghua University and an MSEE and Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins.

David D. French, Board Director

As President and CEO of Cirrus Logic, David French successfully repositioned the company as a premier supplier of high-performance analog and digital signal processing chip solutions to provide the Total-Entertainment solution for today's digital entertainment electronics. David's more than 20 years of semiconductor experience include serving as Vice President and General Manager of Analog Devices, where he was instrumental in driving the company's growth in markets served by advanced DSP and mixed-signal processing solutions. Prior to Analog Devices, David held key management positions at Texas Instruments and Fairchild Semiconductor. David received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Fabless Semiconductor Association.

Diana Zhang, Vice President, General Manager, China

Ms. Zhang has over 20 years experience in the semiconductor and IT industries. Prior to joining Analogix, she was Chief Representative for China for Capella Microsystems, a US based fabless IC company. Ms. Zhang founded the China operation responsible for operations, business, financial and product development. Prior, Ms. Zhang was GM and Co-founder of Beijing Qian Qing Consulting Company introducing DEC, IBM, EMC and Oracle products to major Chinese customers. She was previously Technical Director of the Information Center at China Petro-Chemical Corporation. Diana holds a BSEE degree from Beijing Institute of Technology and completed MBA course work at the University of California at Berkley.

Laurie Relos, Corporate Controller

Ms. Relos has over 25 years experience in the field of Accounting and Finance in technology industry.   She was Director of Finance and Administration for Array Networks Inc, Hybrid Technologies, Inc and VPNet Technologies managing Accounting and Finance, Administration and Human Resources departments.  She was in charge of the Accounting department for Abgenix, a biotech company, from pre- to post-IPO.  Ms. Relos was a Corporate Finance Manager for Polymetrics, Inc., a water purification company, overseeing the Accounting and Finance operations in its corporate office, several branches in various states and subsidiaries outside USA.  She has held management and senior level accounting/finance positions as an employee and while consulting for Altera, Alteon Networks and KLA Tencor and Hitachi.  Ms. Relos holds B.S. degrees in Accounting and Banking & Finance from the University of the East, Philippines and Business Management degree from University of Phoenix, USA.
