Analogix Semiconductor Appoints Gary Wang as Vice President of World Wide Sales

Former president of Spansion Greater China brings global sales expertise to leading-edge semiconductor provider

SANTA CLARA, Calif., August 4, 2009–Analogix Semiconductor, Inc., a world leader in high performance digital multimedia interface solutions, today announced that it has appointed Gary Wang to the position Vice President of World Wide Sales. Mr. Wang has more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Most recently, he served as president of Spansion Greater China and corporate vice president of Spansion, Inc., which is the world’s largest pure-play provider of flash memory solutions.

As president of Spansion Greater China, Mr. Wang was responsible for Spansion’s sales and marketing in the region. Under Mr. Wang’s direction, Spansion Greater China grew to become the number-one flash memory supplier for top original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in China.
