Introduction

As a dual-mode High-speed DisplayPort/HDMI transmitter, the ANX9805 supports both HDMI 1.3a and DisplayPort 1.1a with maximum data throughput of 10.8Gbps and supports video resolutions up to WQXGA (2560*1600). It also includes HDCP encryption, compliant to the HDCP 1.3 specification.

Main Features

-Supports three output modes
-Supports use of standard external cable adapter for HDMI or DVI output
-Internal Spread-spectrum clock (SSC) generator for link clock in DisplayPort mode
-HDMI 1.2 & DVI 1.0 backward compatible

Applications

Video output applications in a PC or PC graphics card, or in embedded applications such as inside a notebook PC or DTV to drive the internal flat panel display interface.
