Industry Veteran Mike Seifert Joins Analogix as CFO

With More Than 30 Years of Corporate Finance Experience, He has led $1.6 billion in Equity, Debt and Merger Transactions

Analogix Semiconductor, Inc., the market leader in enabling DisplayPort™ solutions and creator of SlimPort® connectivity products, today announced that veteran technology executive Mike Seifert has joined the privately held company as chief financial officer (CFO).

Seifert brings more than 30 years of financial experience to the job, including 15 years as CFO in both private and public companies. Most recently, he served as CFO of PureWave Networks, Inc., helping the wireless base station company through two funding rounds. Before that, he served as CFO of Multigig, Inc. until its successful 2012 merger with Analog Devices, Inc.

He has previously served as CFO or corporate controller of Virage Logic Corp., Southwall Technologies Inc., SiteSmith, Inc., Compression Labs, Inc. and PMC-Sierra, Inc. Earlier in his career, he also spent 10 years with professional services firm Ernst & Young, where he became a senior manager and principal in its San Jose office.

Seifert is a magna cum laude graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce, majoring in accounting. He will be responsible for tracking and reporting Analogix’s financial performance, and developing and monitoring the company’s overall financial strategy.
